The permanent, confidential voting numbers of ABC members who subscribe to the print options or who have requested paper ballots are compiled and furnished to the ABC Teller, Barbara Shayesteh, before each election. She counts only those ballots with voting numbers on her compiled list. The voting numbers of those members are removed from the electronic election database, and those members do not receive electronic ballots. In the event that a member has voted electronically and then decides to vote by mail, the member notifies Sharon Steckler and Election Runner is advised to void that ballot before the member can receive a paper ballot. If a member has voted by mail and then decides to vote electronically, the member notifies Sharon Steckler who advises the ABC Teller to remove that member’s voting number from the list of valid mail voters. Sharon Steckler then adds that member’s voting number to the electronic election database, and the member will then receive an electronic ballot.
