DAY TIME CRATE AREA:
There will be a room for crated dogs DURING THE SHOW HOURS ONLY. DOGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END ON JUDGING EACH DAY.

NOTE: There are 2 All Breed Shows prior to the Regional Specialty Cluster on Saturday, November 5th and Sunday, November 6th in Irwindale, CA.

The site for these two all breed shows is 14 miles from the Sheraton Suites Fairplex.

Please Note: As per our agreement with the hotel, there is a maximum of three (3) guests and four (4) dogs total, allowed per suite.

Shuttle Service:
Hotel Shuttle Service is available from Ontario International Airport (ONT). In order to avoid delays and insure pickup availability, Notification of your arrival time and number of people and dogs for transport must be made at the time you make your hotel reservation.

As always the care of your dog(s) and the clean up of waste is YOUR responsibility. The hotel and all of the hotel grounds (to include all surrounding parking lots and green areas) will be considered as a part of the show site. We expect our exhibitors to be responsible guests. Reports of unsportsmanlike conduct, violations of hotel, AKC or any of the participating clubs rules or abuse to any hotel or personal property during the scheduled event dates for this show cluster, may result in disciplinary action.

Hotel Pet Policy:
• Plastic will be used under all crates in guest rooms.
• No dogs will be left uncrated in guest rooms in the absence of the room occupants at any time.
• Dogs that constitute a nuisance to other hotel guests may subject their owners being relocated or removed from the hotel.
• No grooming or bathing of dogs in hotel rooms. Hotel linens will not be used for dogs for any purpose. If pet hair is found in linens, a cleaning fee will apply. Grooming and/or bathing in designated areas only.
• Housekeeping requires all rooms be vacuumed daily and to be inspected daily, no exceptions.
• Dogs will be kept on leash at all times when outside the room. No dogs are allowed in any hotel food service area.
• The external and internal premises of the hotel and show site will be kept free of feces and debris caused by the presence of dogs attending the shows. DO NOT EXERCISE YOUR DOGS IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL.
• Dogs to be exercised in designated areas only.
• Maximum of four (4) dogs per guestroom.
